Although I live in Florida, it's gotten cold during winter and the wind chill is astonishing! The sizes of this jacket run a little small so if the size you normally wear is say... a medium, try on a large first.
I've had absolutely no problems with wind and if there's some rain, the water resistant coating beads off the rain drops, and if the seams on this jacket were taped, this jacket would be waterproof imo.
This is a GREAT jacket for cold weather and I cant wait to take on Las Vegas' winter weather in a few weeks.
