Bought this because of the hyperextention stops and even at the 45 degree stop setting the brace would allow (quite easily) the knee to be fully straight.
The metal hinges simply slid out of the neoprene pockets which were the only thing holding them to the brace. They needed to be anchored in some way for it to be effective. Look elsewhere.
